Project Overview
Atmos Solutions provided hazardous materials abatement and selective demolition services to support the safe removal of the Historic Dry Barn. Work began with cleanup of the building perimeter, followed by removal of designated hazardous materials and preparation of the remaining structure for controlled demolition.
Activities were coordinated around the structural assessment, asbestos air monitoring and clearance requirements, and established environmental and safety procedures. Razing began only after the required permit was issued, with site cleanup addressed as part of the project scope.
