Project Overview
Costello Construction completed the Elizabeth House III project, the first phase of the Elizabeth Square development. The mixed-use development features a 16-story, 267-unit affordable senior housing apartment building, a Senior Wellness Center, and a 130,000 SF recreation center. The project also includes three public community pools, a fitness center, and lockers, meeting/class space, a primary care facility, and underground parking. The project achieved LEED Silver Certification.
Atmos conducted a comprehensive certified payroll audit post-project for HOCMC. Atmos identified and calculated restitution owed due to an inaccurate methodology used for Davis-Bacon coverage determination at the start of the project.
